Standard Warranty Coverage
All vending machines sold by IceOut Vending include a limited manufacturer warranty.
• New vending machines are covered for 6 to 12 months, as specified on the individual product page.
• This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism, or improper handling
• Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow operating instructions
• Electrical damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or external power issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Any repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties

Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers must:
1. Contact IceOut Vending customer support within the active warranty period
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Submit clear photos or videos documenting the reported issue
Approved warranty claims may, at our discretion, result in repair, replacement parts, or machine replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.
