1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

•The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

•You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

•A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

•Customized or special-order vending machines.

•Machines that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery.

•Replacement parts or accessories that have been opened or installed.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
