1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-built or special-order vending machines
• Vending machines that have been installed, used, altered, or modified after delivery
• Replacement parts or accessories that have been opened, installed, or used

3. Return Process

To request a return:
1. Contact Ice Out Vending at info@iceoutvending.com within the 30-day return window
2. Include your order number and reason for return (defective or non-defective)
3. If approved, you will receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
• Ice Out Vending covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items

4. Refunds

• Returned items are inspected upon receipt
• You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

5. Defective or Damaged Items (Within the 30-Day Window)

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than the 30-day return window
• Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue
• We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost, depending on the situation

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
• Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may be subject to processing or restocking fees if fulfillment has begun
