Standard Warranty Coverage:
• New vending machines are covered by a limited warranty of 6–12 months (as specified on the product page).
• Warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, or improper installation
• Electrical issues caused by power surges or incorrect voltage
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
1. Contact our support team within the warranty period
2. Provide proof of purchase
3. Provide photos or videos of the issue
Approved claims may result in repair, replacement parts, or machine replacement at our discretion.
